1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of My Cargo (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users who access or use our cargo transportation services.
2. Services
My Cargo provides railway cargo, airway cargo, and surface express cargo transportation services across India. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time. Service availability may vary based on location, cargo type, and prevailing conditions.
3. Client Obligations
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their shipments, including weight, dimensions, contents, and destination. Any false declaration may result in cancellation of service and legal liability. Clients must ensure that all goods being shipped comply with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited from transportation: illegal substances, explosives, hazardous materials without proper declaration, counterfeit goods, live animals (without special arrangement), perishable items without prior approval, and any goods banned under Indian law.
5. Liability and Insurance
My Cargo’s liability for loss or damage to cargo is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the applicable statutory limits, whichever is lower. Clients are encouraged to obtain appropriate cargo insurance for high-value goods. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, strikes, or government actions.
6. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due as per the agreed terms in the service contract. Late payments may attract penalties. My Cargo reserves the right to withhold delivery until outstanding payments are settled. All prices are subject to applicable taxes.
7. Claims and Disputes
Any claims for loss or damage must be filed within 14 days of delivery or expected delivery date. Claims must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation. Disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
8. Amendments
My Cargo reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
